Room Rental Terms and Conditions:
- Room Rental Fee is due upon booking Event Date(s) by check or credit card. Payment of the balance due secures Proposed Event Date(s) and serves as an acceptance of the terms and conditions to follow.
- Cancellations must be received five (5) business days before actual Event Date(s).
- Cancellations received less than five (5) business days before actual Event
- Date(s) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
